Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Social Connections Program. This full-time, on-site role supports structure, onboarding, classroom readiness, and day-to-day operations while providing advanced clinical support.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as RBT in center-based service location.
• BCBA student strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent reports and notes.
• Active RBT certificate required throughout tenure.
• Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced ABA services under Social Connections Program.
• Interpret goals set by BCBAs and ensure high-fidelity implementation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on treatment integrity and progress.
• Maintain accurate data collection, documentation, and session records.
• Lead onboarding, training coordination, and weekly center operations.
• Supervise classroom organization and scheduling.
