Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our on-site EI Center in Clark, NJ. You will support new staff, assist with program operations, and provide ABA therapy to children with ASD while maintaining accurate data and daily notes.

Responsibilities include implementing goals designed by BCBA, leading classroom activities, communicating with families, and ensuring sessions are logged in Central Reach within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout tenure.
• BCBA student highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong report and note writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions to children with ASD.
• Implement goals designed by BCBA and carry out reinforcement and teaching procedures.
• Manage classroom schedules, activities, and materials; maintain data and session notes.
• Convert sessions to Central Reach within 24 hours and keep program books updated.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about progress and needs.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; attend meetings and maintain professional standards.
