Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support new staff and provide ABA therapy to children with ASD. The role emphasizes data collection, session notes, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized goals.

The position is full-time, on-site in Clark, NJ, with core hours 8:30am to 5:00pm. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, PTO, and ongoing training in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Active/unexpired RBT certificate required for tenure.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one on one or in group sessions to children with ASD.
• Implement goals designed by BCBAs including reinforcement procedures and DTT.
• Conduct data collection and complete session notes per policy.
• Convert sessions to Central Reach within 24 hours of each session.
