CHILDREN'S SPECIALIZED ABA - Autism Center of Excellence in North Brunswick, NJ seeks a Lead RBT for its Social Connections Program. You will mentor BTs/RBTs, implement BCBA-guided goals, and ensure quality therapy while coordinating with BCBAs to advance client skills.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on ABA therapy, data-driven progress, and responsible documentation in Central Reach. On-site hours and full-time commitment are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unexpired RBT Certification required and must be maintained throughout tenure.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RBT in a center-based service setting.
• BCBA student status strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions within the Social Connections Program framework.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals, reinforcement, teaching, and behavior-reduction procedures.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on treatment integrity and client goals, with accurate data collection.
• Document sessions in Central Reach within 24 hours and maintain program books.
• Design instructional materials to support learning and skill development.
