Children's Specialized ABA – Autism Center of Excellence in Owings Mills, MD is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician for our Social Connections Program. You will mentor BTs/RBTs, implement BCBA-designed goals, and ensure program systems run smoothly in a on-site setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on ABA intervention, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs to advance child goals. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a structured schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• Active, unexpired RBT Certification OR minimum of 1 year BT center-based experience.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT in a center-based setting.
• BCBA student status strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with clear session notes/reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort learning new systems like Central Reach.
• Internal candidates: must meet 80% on competencies and be in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions within the Social Connections Program framework.
• Implement BCBA-designed goals; reinforcement, teaching, and behavior-reduction procedures.
• Adapt strategies in the moment in collaboration with BCBAs for treatment integrity.
• Assist with stimulus preference assessments and collaborate on client goals and checklists.
• Maintain accurate data collection, session notes, and program books; enter data in Central Reach within 24 hours.
• Design creative teaching and therapeutic materials to support learning.
