Children's Specialized ABA in Owings Mills is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician for our Social Connections Program. You will mentor BTs/RBTs, implement BCBA-designed goals, and ensure treatment integrity while providing hands-on ABA therapy with kids across the spectrum.

This full-time on-site role requires an active RBT certificate and at least 6 months of center-based experience; BCBA student status is a plus.

Formación

• Active, unexpired RBT Certification — required, and must be maintained throughout tenure.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RBT in a center-based service setting.
• High school diploma required; BCBA student status preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BTs/RBTs and mentor teammates, especially on Central Reach and day-to-day workflows.
• Provide hands-on ABA therapy one-on-one or in group sessions within the Social Connections Program.
• Collaborate with BCBA to design goals and ensure treatment integrity; adapt strategies as needed.
