Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, part of the Autism Center of Excellence, seeks a Lead RBT for our North Brunswick EI Center. You will supervise RBTs, deliver advanced ABA services, and coordinate with BCBA staff to maintain treatment integrity.

The role is full-time onsite with afternoon-evening hours; compensation ranges from $53,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Expect strong collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma required.
• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT in center-based services.
• BCBA student strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented on reports/session notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems such as Central Reach to provide ABA services.
• Maintain an active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout tenure.
• Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced ABA services in individual or group formats.
• Interpret and apply individualized goals with high fidelity.
• Coordinate with BCBAs on treatment integrity and progress.
• Maintain data collection, documentation, and session records.
• Oversee timely completion and reconciliation of sessions.
• Develop instructional materials to enhance learning outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and training for RBTs and staff.
