Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician in Pikesville, MD. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while guiding fellow RBTs and supporting BCBAs to ensure ethical, effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring peers.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention implementation, and data collection.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality, meaningful care.

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold clinical standards.
• Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Mentor RBTs and provide hands-on guidance and feedback for growth.
• Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards across cases.
• Collect and maintain accurate client data to track progress and outcomes.
• Communicate progress with families and collaborate with team to ensure cohesive care.
