Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA, is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) for a full-time on-site role. The position focuses on coordinating daily clinic operations, mentoring RBTs, and ensuring clinicians have time for administrative tasks and data collection.

Experience in ABA and leadership is preferred. The role requires an active RBT certification, 3+ years working with children or youths in ABA or education, and availability after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• 2-year degree or higher (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred).
• 1 year of experience training others (preferred).
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day schedule of the clinic with the RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time to complete billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data completion and learner support.
• Aide RBTs with learners and coverage for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as an extra support for the clinic.
• Serve as mentor to RBTs and lead by example.
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures.
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments.
• Apply pivotal response treatment strategies.
• Use formal procedures to increase verbal behavior.
