Job summary

AstraZeneca's Rare Endo & Rare Tumor (RERT) Case Management Lead is a senior, remote leadership role overseeing Case Managers who support OneSource-enrolled patients across the RERT portfolio. You will coach, develop, and manage the CM team and the RERT Float team to deliver high-touch, compliant patient care.

You will partner with Strategy and vendors, drive day-to-day operations, manage performance through metrics, and ensure seamless patient journeys from onboarding to adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Patient Services/Case Management or similar operational experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead through change management.
• Verbal and written communication skills with data literacy.
• Strong presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
• Ability to coach, develop and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CM logistics and workforce management with regular feedback.
• Lead RERT Float Team to deliver high-quality patient support and performance data.
• Conduct weekly call reviews and quarterly live shadow time for staff.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions and compliance with policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance with escalations as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve patient materials and dashboards.
• Provide project management support for new tactics across the portfolio.
