Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Rare Endo & Rare Tumor Case Management Lead in a remote role supporting Eastern Standard Time. Up to 15% travel toAlexion sites; start date ASAP. You will lead and coach Case Managers supporting patients through onboarding to adherence, and manage the RERT CM Float team to optimize service delivery.

You will drive coaching, performance management, and adherence to policies while partnering with Strategy leads and vendors to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Patient Services/Case Management or similar operational experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead through change management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently with autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CM logistics and workforce management with regular reviews.
• Lead RERT Float Team and develop staff with mentoring.
• Manage performance and quality assurance with weekly observations and reviews.
• Oversee call overflow and vendor relationship management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on CM initiatives and documentation.
• Provide project management support for new initiatives across the RERT portfolio.
