Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee day-to-day quality operations, ensuring GMP, SQF compliance and lab data integrity at our production site.

Reporting to the Manager Quality, you will lead a team, manage KPI tracking, utilize SAP QM, and drive continuous improvement in food safety and product quality.

The role requires a BS in Food Science/Chemistry/Microbiology and 3+ years supervisory experience in beverage manufacturing; weekday/weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline.
• Three (3) plus years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF and related quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and ensure compliance with GMPs, PPE, and safety policies.
• Lead and direct work of quality employees and make personnel decisions as needed.
• Maintain SQF System and drive continuous improvement of food safety and quality programs.
