Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a HACCP-focused supervisor to oversee safe production and ensure compliance with quality specifications across our Wisconsin facility. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvements, and coordinate with QA and production management.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HACCP programs, training staff, and interacting with USDA inspectors. A bachelor’s in food science and 1+ years in food manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in food science or related field is strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of related food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the HACCP program including record keeping, logs, trend reporting, and validation testing schedules.
• Maintain and oversee all HACCP/FOOD Safety record keeping.
• Interact with USDA inspector on HACCP / SSOP related issues and communicate follow-up to QA Leader.
• Supervisory activities including scheduling, performance, hiring, discipline, coaching, and development.
• Facilitate shift transitions and ensure safe, compliant operations.
