Job summary

OSI in Chicago is seeking a Production Quality Supervisor to oversee employees and activities ensuring safe production of our products in line with quality specs and regulatory requirements.

You will schedule, train, coach, and report testing results, participating in shift transitions and communicating key information to Production Management while upholding HACCP and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and activities ensuring safe production per quality specs and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule, train, coach, and advise QA Supervisor on staff decisions.
• Prepare routine and special reports on testing results and HACCP audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, work rules and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
