Job summary
Mountain America Credit Union in Utah is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer Lead to guide a team responsible for manual and automated test plans, validating functionality, data integrity, security, and usability across digital products. Qualifications
- 8 years' experience in Software Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
- 3 years' experience successfully leading teams and managing employee performance.
- 3 years' experience working in test automation.
- 3 years' experience in a Scrum agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, business or related field. Education will be verified.
- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to ensure testing excellence.
- Develop and implement standards for test plans and automation.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product, DevOps, UX and QA teams.
- Define quality metrics and auditable processes across projects.
- Oversee test automation and data integrity in multi-tier applications.
