Zions Bancorporation's Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) team is seeking a visionary Software Engineer to lead QA Services. You will architect and modernize test automation, build scalable frameworks, and champion quality across the organization, including responsible AI usage.

Based in Utah with a hybrid schedule, you will mentor engineers, drive enterprise standards, and design strategies for end-to-end automation across platforms, services, and pipelines within a dynamic banking tech

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on programming and test automation experience.
• Strong performance testing and automation framework experience.
• Proficiency with Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with REST/SOAP services and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/IS or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Write clean code and scripts to automate tests across layers.
• Mentor engineers and promote enterprise-wide standards.
• Conduct code reviews and report issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan and design effective automated testing strategies using BDD/TDD.
