Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Foreman to lead Pump & Power projects, setup and teardown labor, and manage safety and timelines. You’ll guide a team to install and operate pumps, generators, and power distribution equipment for events, construction, and disaster response.

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps, generators, power distribution equipment.
• Strong leadership and project planning abilities.
• Ability to perform physical labor up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and motivate members.
• Create and execute project plans with the team.
• Delegate tasks to crew to meet daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal resources.
• Create accurate project timelines and manage delivery.
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Document projects with daily notes, logs, and reports.
• Help keep shop and yard clean when not on project.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and routine operations.
