Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Foreman (Pump & Power) to lead field projects, setup and tear down of equipment, and manage crews on pump and power installations. You will oversee bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and associated tasks for events, restoration, and disaster response.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and delegation, with responsibilities including scheduling, customer communication, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting - pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring.
• Strong Mechanical background preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success.
• Construction background.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Basic equipment operating skills - forklift, skid loader, etc.
• Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members on the project.
• Create and execute project plans with the crew.
• Assign tasks to crew members to meet daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal resources.
• Create accurate project timelines and manage progress.
• Maintain tools and supplies for project success.
• Document project progress with daily notes and logs.
• Assist with shop/yard cleanliness when not on a project.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and day-to-day tasks when idle.
