Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead field projects with a focus on setup, teardown, and on-site execution. This role requires agile leadership, hands-on mechanical skill, and the ability to manage diverse crews across Pump & Power equipment and related services.

The position emphasizes project planning, safety, and rapid communication with customers while maintaining equipment and schedules. Industrial experience and a CDL are beneficial for advancement.

Qualifications

• Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting for pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, and shoring.
• Strong mechanical background preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of success.
• Construction background.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach project team throughout the project.
• Create project plans and execute with team.
• Assign tasks to crew to meet daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt Rentals in communication with the customer and internal resources.
• Create accurate project timelines.
• Maintain tools and supplies for projects.
• Document daily notes, labor logs, and progress reports.
• Assist with shop/yard cleanliness when not on project.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups as needed.
