Qualifications

• Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting across pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, and shoring.
• Strong mechanical background with a history of leadership success.
• Construction background and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to perform physical labor; lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - motivate and coach team members on the project.
• Planning - create a project plan and execute with the team.
• Delegation - assign tasks to crew to meet daily goals.
• Communication - represent Sunbelt with customers and internal resources.
• Project management - develop accurate project timelines.
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Documentation from daily notes and progress reports as required.
• Support shop/yards when not on a project.
• Assist with deliveries/pickups and day-to-day business.
