Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Foreman for Pump & Power projects in the United States. You will lead setup and teardown labor for pumps, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and water restoration while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include planning, delegation, and project management, along with maintaining tools and documenting progress. The role requires physical labor and strong leadership in a construction context.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record.
• Construction background with familiarity in pumps, generators, power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members on projects.
• Plan and execute project plans with the crew.
• Delegate tasks to crew to meet daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal teams.
• Create accurate project timelines and manage them.
• Maintain tools and supplies needed for projects.
• Document daily notes, labor logs, and progress reports.
• Assist with shop/yard cleanliness when not on a project.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and routine business when not assigned.
