Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead projects requiring set up and tear down of Pump & Power equipment, including bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C, and water restoration work. Regular travel is required.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and communication to drive project success, maintain tools, and document progress. It offers on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting across pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, and shoring.
• Strong mechanical background, ideally in a related industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a record of success.
• Construction background and experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and the ability to plan and execute.
• Basic equipment operating skills (e.g., forklift, skid steer).
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members throughout the project.
• Create and follow a project plan with the crew.
• Delegate tasks to meet daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project timelines.
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Document daily notes, labor logs, and progress reports.
• Assist with shop/yard cleanliness when not on project.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and daily business when not on project.
