Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump & Power Foreman to lead installation, operation, and tear-down of Pump & Power equipment, including bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and water restoration when applicable. The role centers on coordinating crews and ensuring safe, efficient project execution in North America.

You will develop project plans, assign tasks, coach the team, and communicate with customers and internal resources to ensure on-time delivery and quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience leading project teams.
• Mechanical background in construction or similar.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach crew members during the project.
• Create project plan and execute with team members.
• Assign tasks to crew members to achieve daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt to customers and internal resources.
• Create and manage project timelines.
