Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead a crew on projects involving setup and tear down of Pump & Power equipment, generators, power distribution, AC, heating, and water restoration tasks. You will drive project plans, coordinate team efforts, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities include coaching the crew, maintaining timelines, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. CDL preferred; physical labor and lifting up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of success.
• Experience leading pump and power projects or related field.
• Ability to plan, delegate tasks, and manage project timelines.
• Solid mechanical background and equipment knowledge (pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater).
• Willingness to perform physical labor and lift 100 pounds regularly.
• CDL class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members on projects.
• Create project plans and execute with the crew.
• Assign tasks to ensure daily goals are met.
• Represent Sunbelt Rentals in communications with customers and internal resources.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and documentation.
• Keep tools and supplies stocked for project needs.
• Document daily notes, labor logs, and progress reports.
• Assist with shop/yard cleanliness and with deliveries when not on project.
