Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience on construction or pump and power projects.
• Strong planning skills to create and execute project plans.
• Ability to delegate tasks and communicate with customers and internal resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on Pump & Power projects, including setup and tear down.
• Develop and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Maintain tools and supplies and ensure daily documentation and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with customers and internal crews to deliver on-site results.
