Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in the Boston area to perform routine repairs, handle work orders, and oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units. You will maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, tool proficiency, and customer service skills. EPA certifications and state licenses are preferred; on-site travel to properties may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Support resident service initiatives and respond to inquiries.
