Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of buildings meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and contribute to general property upkeep in a busy Boston-area community.

The role includes completing work orders, assisting with make-ready units, inventory management, and documenting tasks for accountability. A flexible schedule and onsite work are required. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining materials.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervision about re-ordering needs.
• Documents paperwork and service requests timely for accurate tracking.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning, painting curbs, and debris cleanup.
