Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across community buildings and grounds. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure maintenance tasks meet Greystar standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include completing make-readies, supervising vendors, managing supplies, and conducting routine preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units, common areas and grounds.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and stay within budget guidelines.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
