Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property units, buildings, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, manage make-ready processes, and coordinate with vendors under the supervision of the Area Maintenance Manager. Strong safety awareness and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform make-ready and maintenance tasks per standards.
• Inspect and document work orders and inspections in required systems.
