Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to uphold the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle routine upkeep across the property.

Responsibilities include managing the make-ready process, inspecting completed work, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to safety meetings and cost control. Commitment to resident service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Must provide own hand tools and be skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units, grounds, and common areas per policies and codes.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of all community areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and assist budget planning for repairs and maintenance.
