Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage inspections and punch lists.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors and enforce quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with manager to order supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in policy.
• Support cost-control initiatives by proper use of materials and tools.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure MSDS/OSHA compliance.
