Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent in Charleston, SC to coordinate and supervise on-site construction of residential complexes. You will work under the Project Manager, organizing field operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality per contract documents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil field (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of multi-family project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mult-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organization.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet design and project commitments with professionalism.
