Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for Underground Utilities to lead complex underground utility and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion. You will own project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and overall performance, coordinating with owners, subs, vendors, and engineers on large-scale infrastructure.

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in heavy civil/underground utility construction.
• Experience with budgets, cost forecasting, cost control, change orders, and profitability.
• Experience with project schedules and coordinating activities from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex underground utility and heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Take ownership of budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.
