Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and client relationships on projects valued at $10M–$50M+.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction project management experience in heavy civil or underground work.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$50M+ and tied to municipal or private clients.
• Strong knowledge of gravity sewer, large-diameter pipelines, shoring, dewatering, and trenchless methods.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6/MS Project, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and owner relationships.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and municipal stakeholders; lead meetings.
