Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and strong client relationships, with ownership of budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in heavy civil construction, expertise in underground utilities, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction project management experience in heavy civil.
• 7+ years managing underground utilities, large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, or heavy civil infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M–$50M+.
• Knowledge of gravity sewer, water mains, trenchless methods.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex heavy civil and underground projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and client relationships.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and municipal stakeholders.
• Read and interpret civil, structural, mechanical, and utility drawings.
