Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and client relationships on high-value assignments.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in heavy civil or underground utilities, with 7+ years in underground projects and $10M–$50M+ scopes. Hybrid work and travel are required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in construction PM, heavy civil or underground utilities.
• 7+ years overseeing underground utilities, pipelines, or heavy infra.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$50M+.
• Strong knowledge of gravity sewers, large pipelines, trenchless methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex heavy civil and underground projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and client relations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and authorities.
• Mentor project engineers and project managers on best practices.
