Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout in Rockville, MN. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership and a proven track record managing $10M–$50M projects.

You will oversee CPM scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, and subcontractor management while maintaining owner relationships and coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction project management experience, preferably heavy civil/underground utility.
• Minimum 7 years on underground utilities, large-diameter pipelines, or heavy civil infra.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M–$50M+.
