Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and client relationships on projects valued from $10M to $50M+.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in construction project management, strong underground utilities experience, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction project management experience in heavy civil or underground utility work.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$50M or more.
• Strong knowledge of gravity sewer, pipelines, shoring, dewatering, and trenchless methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee CPM scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, and contract administration.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and municipal stakeholders.
• Maintain owner relationships and lead project meetings.
