Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Portland, OR to lead complex heavy civil underground utility and sewer pipeline projects. You will own the delivery, protect margins, mentor teams, and ensure project momentum without excuses.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of heavy civil construction experience and 10+ years of managing complex projects, with a degree in Engineering or Construction Management. US work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years heavy civil construction experience.
• 10+ years managing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver $10M–$100M+ heavy civil projects.
• Manage and mentor teams of 10+ staff.
• Oversee preconstruction, estimates, and execution strategy.
• Run multiple projects while maintaining schedule and cost control.
• Own project financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
• Build relationships with owners, municipalities, and agencies.
• Identify risks early and solve problems fast.
• Support repeat business and client growth.
• Drive jobsite safety and accountability.
