Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Project Manager for underground utilities in the United States. You will oversee complex heavy civil projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and engineers to deliver safely and on time.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, expertise in underground utilities, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and MS Office. Travel may be required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in underground utility or heavy civil projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, change orders, and profitability skills.
• Scheduling and coordinating project activities from start to finish.
• Lead meetings and manage owners, subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.
• Proficiency with construction software and plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex underground utility and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Own project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and performance.
• Coordinate with owners, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
