Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safe, quality, and financially sound delivery. You will staff, direct, and mentor the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with customer goals.

The role requires five years’ supervisory experience in security systems, access control, and CCTV, with strong proficiency in MS Office and blueprints interpretation; travel within territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Experience with listed manufacturers and deep customer interface needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise security systems staff following company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for project profitability and maintain financial performance.
• Review job costs, invoices and collections; provide periodic reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in or facilitate the bid process; liaise with customer representatives.
