Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead our security integration projects in the United States. You will drive project delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, coordinating across teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years in a security industry role or 5 years in related PM positions.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven history of leading multiple concurrent projects for at least two years.
• Strong PM fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects from start to finish.
• Develop project documents: plans, SOWs, charters, schedules.
• Create sub-plans: communications, QA, resource, procurement, deployment.
• Manage issues/risks, change control, reporting, budgeting and metrics.
• Prioritize change requests and re-plan as needed.
• Set expectations with resource managers and manage allocations.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed throughout project life cycle.
• Oversee project closeout and turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success.
• Report on customer satisfaction and key performance metrics.
• Lead the definition, execution and delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify improvements to delivery processes and share learnings.
• Coach and mentor new team members; support other groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
