Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Lead Security Systems Technician to act as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for security systems installations, ensuring quality and safety in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

The candidate will gather and train staff, read blueprints, and coordinate with the project manager to meet timelines and budgets, while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in security systems installation.
• Minimum of 12 months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient with listed tools and able to read blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project crews, ensure safety and quality adherence, and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Security Systems Project Manager to ensure productivity, budget compliance, and timely完成 of work orders.
• Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, transfers, change orders, etc.).
• Serve as main on-site customer contact and participate in meetings as required.
