Job summary

BELFOR Project Managers are sought to lead restoration or construction efforts on large, complex, and high-profile projects. The role covers day-to-day management of crews, subcontractors, change orders, and safety, with regional to national responsibility.

Travel and occasional night/weekend work are required as projects demand. Emphasis on documentation, client communication, and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Construction track: scope, schedule, safety, quality control.
• Core project management capabilities with time, budget, and change orders.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors.
• Read blueprints and manage projects over $1M.
• Direct restoration or construction crews; manage vendor qualification.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, and sketches.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
• Report time, resources used, and progress to managers.
