Job summary

BELFOR Marlborough, MA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead restoration and construction initiatives. You will oversee large projects, manage budgets over $1M, coordinate crews and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maintaining thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include scheduling, progress reporting, and collaboration with estimators to support timely, on-budget project completion. Travel and some night/weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration or construction projects with budgets over $1M.
• Strong skills in time management, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to work nights/weekends and travel as required.
• Understanding of project invoicing and vendor management.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines and project scope.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise work; manage safety and quality control.
• Lead time management, budgeting, and change orders for projects over $1M.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, estimators, and field teams.
• Document progress with field logs, photos, graphs, and sketches.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and complete project documentation.
• Attend safety trainings and manage crews across multiple sites.
