Job summary

Atwell's Civil Engineering group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager, Civil Engineer- Land Development to lead diverse site development projects from concept through permit. You will collaborate with the production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents.

You will mentor junior staff, prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, storm sewer reports, schedules, and other technical reports, and support construction through permits and quantity estimates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents.
• Mentor and guide junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient task execution.
• Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations including hydrology/hydraulic studies, schedules, and storm sewer reports.
• Provide construction-related services and direct junior team members from permits to quantity estimates.
• Be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop project management skills through training and mentoring with potential growth into a PM role.
