Job summary

The Associate Project Manager, Civil Engineering - Land Development will work on diverse projects, collaborating with Project Managers to prepare site plans and documents, analyze survey data, mentor staff, and support construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• Experience managing projects including interfacing with clients.
• Six (6) plus years of related experience.
• Able to make frequent site visits in different states.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents.
• Analyze project survey data, ALTA surveys, easement, and condo documents.
• Mentor and guide junior staff for accurate, efficient task execution.
• Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations including hydrology/hydraulic studies and schedules.
• Provide construction support, permit applications, and quantity estimates.
