Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for its Civil Engineering group in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on land development projects, guiding a team to draft site plans and construction documents, and delivering high-quality reports and schedules.

You will mentor junior staff, support construction activities, and leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to meet project goals with timely delivery and adherence to budget.

• Ability to draft and review site plans and documents.

• Strong collaboration with production teams and clients.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to draft and finalize site plans and documents.
• Mentor junior staff and guide project tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports, hydrology/hydraulic studies, schedules, and sewer reports.
• Provide construction support from permits to quantities.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software to deliver on time and budget.
