You will collaborate with the production team to draft site plans, grading, utilities, and construction documents while mentoring junior staff and guiding project tasks. The role emphasizes technical reporting, hydrology studies, and stormwater management, with hands-on construction support and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential land development projects.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and guide project tasks.
• Prepare reports, hydrology/hydraulic studies, and stormwater management reviews.
• Coordinate permits, quantity estimates, and field support.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production team drafting site plans, grading layouts, utility plans, and construction documents for residential communities.
• Provide leadership guidance to junior staff and ensure project tasks are accurate and efficient.
• Prepare technical reports, opinions, and recommendations across hydrology, stormwater, and schedules.
• Support construction activities, contractor coordination, and field operations.
