Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Florida is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to residential, commercial, and industrial land development. You will draft site plans, analyze survey data, and prepare hydrology studies, permit applications, and other project reports.

You will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software, collaborate with colleagues, and deliver quality engineering solutions across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• EIT preferred.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Analyze project survey data, including ALTA surveys, easements, and condo documents.
• Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology/hydraulic studies and permit applications.
• Provide construction support: permit applications, quantity estimates, and transmittals.
• Master AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software; communicate effectively with staff.
